Aaron Polmeer, searchexperiences President and CEO, is a recognized leader and pioneer in Branded Search. Since 2010, Aaron has had overall responsibility for the company’s commercialization, steering the company from its infancy in startup phase to rapid growth.
Aaron founded searchexperiences in January 2010, gaining financial backing from a private group of angel investors and a private equity firm. During his tenure, he has built searchexperiences assets through securing key client relationships with Fortune 500 Brands, assembled searchexperiences world-class technical and management teams, built a global partner channel, supervised the successful development and commercialization of searchexperiences solutions and secured the support of the investment community. Among other accolades, Aaron Is a Justice of the Peace in Australia with background in E-Commerce Law and expert in Virtual Organization Management.
A serial entrepreneur at heart, Prior to heading up searchexperiences, Aaron founded and steered operationally a couple of successful startups, including; Anime International which was instrumental in spearheading early supply chain distribution of Anime (Japanese Animation) Merchandise into the North American market in early 2000s and Crawler Network, which operated a group of 2,500+ niche information portals online. In both of these companies Aaron gained experience in new venture strategy, mergers and acquisitions, commercializing innovation, seed capital funding and new business development.
Aaron earned his MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, and undertook an exchange Entrepreneurship concentration abroad in the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Aaron also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Commerce from the University of Queensland.
Chris Anderson
Director of Business Development
Chris Anderson, searchexperiences Director of Business Development is responsible for all facets of business development, partnership & team building development in searchexperiences new market strategy, targeting medium sized to large Fortune 500 clients with a focus on the North American market.
In his career spanning two decades as Regional VP of Sales at Twentieth Century Fox and MGM, Chris is a sales leader with extensive experience and proven ability to train, mentor and develop sales and account management teams. As part of the strategic leadership group of the sales division, Chris ongoing tasks was to ensure 3 separate business categories exceeded expectations from the previous fiscal year which, in most cases, was achieved annually from 2001-2010. During his tenure Chris was responsible for maintaining $175MM in annual sales of Fox & MGM home entertainment products. Managing key account teams including Transworld/FYE, Kmart/Sears, Barnes&Noble, Barnes&Noble.com, Borders, BJ’s, Toys R Us, & military channel accounts in addition to managing 5 Sales Directors and respective account teams. P&L, forecasting and budget responsibility for account teams which included designing and implementing sales plans and promotional initiatives. Increased market share and gross contribution margin through extensive and consistent customer interaction and by capitalizing on pricing and placement opportunities.

Business Development Consultant (MENA)
Mostafa Younes, searchexperiences Business Development Consultant for MENA Region has a background spanning 20 years in the MENA Region, having worked and lived in 10 different countries (Egypt, USA, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Tunisia, Algeria, Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Nigeria) with solid experience with successful achievements in both the consumer and the corporate segments.
Mostafa key responsibilities for searchexperiences, include; marketing/business development, building local brand awareness and values, defining and executing an appropriate commercial strategy for the MENA region.
Mostafa is an efficient leader and team-builder; an aggressive revenue and bottom line focused executive that makes sure stakeholders are getting the expected benefit while customers are highly satisfied. In his successful career Mostafa has been involved with marketing, sales, business development and general management experience in different disciplines (ICT, Telecom and Financial industries in both consumer and corporate segments) as well as vast exposure to different cultures, and held different executive/functional positions in his career; initiated start-ups, turned around troubled operations and achieved double digits growth in some of the toughest markets in the Middle East and Africa.
Mostafa holds a Bachelor of Science (Electronics and Communication) from the Cairo University.
